Hello, I am a coach with a background in the real world
I spent two decades in operations and leadership roles before I trained as a coach. I know what it feels like to manage a team through a crunch, and what it takes to keep going.
My story
From the shop floor to the boardroom
I started as a warehouse supervisor, then ran regional operations for a national retailer. Along the way I discovered the part of the job I loved most: helping people find their own good answers.
I trained with an accredited coaching body, and I coach in English and Spanish. I live in Riverton with my family and a very opinionated spaniel.
